Delete your account

1 Delete from inside the app

The fastest option — takes effect immediately.

1. Open the SuperSplit app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted right away.

2 Request deletion by email

Can't access the app, or want all associated data removed? Email us and we'll handle it for you.

1. Send an email to dev@supersplit.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
3. We verify ownership and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile information — name, email, and profile photo
• Your referral code and referral history
• Your in-app preferences and settings

What may be retained

• Expenses and settlements you shared in a group may remain visible to other members of that group. Email us using the request above if you need these removed as well.
• We may keep a limited amount of information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, for the shortest period necessary, after which it is deleted.
